What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need all media assets (images, videos, logos, etc.) about two weeks in. Meanwhile, I use placeholder content to maintain steady progress.
How do we communicate during the project?
I use email for updates and approvals, WhatsApp for quick questions, and video calls for key milestones.
Can I edit the content myself?
Absolutely! After handover, you’ll be able to update and edit your website content as needed.
Will you show me how to use the site?
I provide documentation covering key features with instructions. I can also walk you through any sections or offer training if needed.
Who owns the website and the code?
You own 100% of the website and its code. Once finished, I hand over the site and all login information for your control.
Do you provide hosting, or do I need my own?
I offer hosting as an optional service for an additional fee. Alternatively, I can build the website locally for you to host it elsewhere.
